Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices & procedures.
Ensure all catering controls are in place, & wastage is kept to a minimum.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control & cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards.
Enhance workplace culture – display high levels of customer service, contribute ideas & be flexible to meet the needs of the business. Cert III in Commercial Cookery - Minimum
