Hands on role for a very organised Head Chef, collaborating with your team to deliver a premium experience across daily mess meals and events
Maintain all catering and stock controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.
Forecasting food requirements, ordering and stock control
Drive exceptional food safety and quality with a focus on allergen and dietary requirements
High level knowledge and experience of operational and financial performances of the defence business Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
3+ years displayed experience as a head chef in similar venues.
Comfortable with people management, training and developing.
High level knowledge in HACCP, allergen management and food safety.
