Job Title: Head – Advanced Engineering
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Reporting To: CTO
Role Purpose:
To lead the identification, concept development, and maturation of next-generation automotive technologies, with advanced semiconductors and platforms, enabling the organization to secure future business, accelerate innovation, and deliver scalable solutions for OEM customers across the product lines telematics, e Cockpit, BCM, and connected vehicle ecosystems in India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology & Product Strategy
Define, develop next-generation architectures and own the advanced engineering roadmap across Telematics, e Cockpit, BCM, and EVCC domains
Align technology strategy with OEM RFIs / RFQs, market trends, and
Must meet Regulatory requirements
Drive Platform, Modularity, and Reuse strategies across product lines
