Job Summary We are looking for an experienced HCM Technical Consultant  with strong expertise in reporting and analytics within HCM SaaS environments . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and report development , supporting business reporting needs and delivering data-driven insights. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports and collaborating with functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient data reporting. 
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain HCM reports and dashboards . 
Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher  and OTBI . 
Work with functional teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements .
