Job Summary
The HR Data Analyst acts as a bridge between raw HR data and strategic decision making. The role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and reporting workforce data to improve talent management, recruitment, retention, and operational efficiency.
Working Location
On-site – Quezon City. Full-time. 3‑5 years experience. Bachelor’s degree required.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Validation: Perform and oversee validation of employee data in HCM system, resolve discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Report & Dashboard: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc., for leadership. Cover metrics such as turnover, hiring rates, and employee engagement.
