HAZARDOUS CARGO SHIPMENT INSPECTOR (MVO/FLO)

The primary purpose of this position is to ??????independently perform a wide range of special handling terminal/warehousing activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, selecting, shipping, wood working duties to construct a variety of specialty shipping containers and preparing originating and terminating hazardous, explosive, ammunition. Responsibilities Inspects hazardous materials, explosives, ammunition, special cargo documentation and packaging in accordance with applicable DoD, AF, AMC and civilian directives. Performs comprehensive inventories ensuring the protection of resources and executes a broad range of specific storage assignments as directed by AF and civilian directives.
