About the Role
Responsibilities
- Daily quality checks
- Perform daily handyman site checklists
- Inspect rooms, office & common areas for defects
- Report to facilities Helpdesk for inspection findings
- Inspect site and tools for compliance with safety standards
- Support employees with events logistics such as room setups and movements
- Liaise with events organizers for logistics planning
- Support office decorations deployment and removal
- Perform monthly inspections for general equipment such as fire extinguishers, workstations, first aid equipment, furniture, carpentry, etc.
- Conduct inventory of the facilities for consumables (electrical, hardware…) and furnitures
- Conduct inventory for storage rooms
- Complete the loop of attending to work order tickets, completing work orders and replying to employees on the ticketing system timely
- Attend employee complains and support in resolving facility...
