About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end unit handover process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with the company's quality standards.
- Supervise unit inspections, final inspections, and defect rectification prior to handover.
- Coordinate with Project, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure unit readiness.
- Lead and supervise the Handover team in managing customer complaints before and after handover.
- Monitor handover progress and prepare operational reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Handover or Customer Relations within the property industry, including at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Section Head role.
- Strong understanding of building specifications, quality inspection, and customer complaint handling.
