Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst specializing in PolicyCenter to join an international Agile team working on a large-scale insurance transformation program for a leading Nordic insurance and financial services organization.
Job responsibilities:
•Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Translating business needs into Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
• Supporting Agile ceremonies and cooperating with distributed teams
• Preparing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Supporting testing and validation activities
• Cooperating with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Guidewire projects
• Strong knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter – this is a must
