Guest Experience Specialist

The purpose of this job is to help our customers have the best experience when they come to China Dragon.

Duties and responsibilities

• Help customers with drink refills.
• Help customers with meal choices.
• Help customers before, during, and after their meal.
• Complete daily job task.
• Complete weekly job task.
• Comply with management at all times.
• Handle cash and credit card payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic Math Skills
• Able to work different shifts at any time
• Have at least one year in a customer service role
