Guest Educators

Responsibilities

District 65 has PreK-8th grade students. Guest Educators step in for primary classroom teachers when they are absent.

Job duties include:

• Classroom Management - Ensure the classroom is a safe and productive learning environment
• Following teacher directed lesson plans and keeping attendance records
• Assist students with schoolwork
• Support and enforce all school rules and regulations
• Other duties as assigned by the building principal and administration

Flexibility - You create your own schedule and pick your assignments.

Paid Bi-Monthly.

Requirements

• Required licensure: a current and valid license from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) – Sub (SUB), Professional Educator License (PEL), or Teaching Certification (STS) – licensed in Region 5.
