Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end GTM plans for product launches and new market entries.
  • Define target segments, ICPs, and buyer journey maps per initiative.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch teams across Product, PMM, Sales, and CS.
  • Track GTM KPIs: pipeline influence, win rates, and time-to-value.
  • Support Sales enablement with messaging, materials, and launch training.
  • Run post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve the process.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years in GTM, product marketing, or growth strategy in tech.
  • Strong project management - can coordinate multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Analytical - connects GTM execution to business outcomes.
  • Clear communicator, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
