GTM & RevOps Analyst for AI-Powered SaaS

Capsule is building AI-powered video tools for enterprise teams, with a focus on scalable, on-brand video production. This role contributes to running HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub Enterprise, automates lifecycle and lead scoring, and wires intent data to support SDR activity.

You will stand up AI workflows using Claude Code and collaborate with the VP of Ops to drive Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and CS initiatives in a fast-growing startup environment.
