GTM People Partner: Revenue-Driven HR & Growth

PVcase is looking for a People Business Partner to drive HR strategy and support our Go-to-Market teams. You will work closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with people strategy and revenue goals. This role requires strong experience in managing remote teams and a data-driven approach to HR. You'll also promote engagement strategies and facilitate organizational change to maintain a high-performance culture as we push toward sustainability in the solar industry.
