Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a **GTM Operations & Readiness Specialist** in our **Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office.**
The GTM Operations & Readiness Specialist acts as the critical link between strategy, product development, and market execution. This role is responsible for ensuring that new features and market expansions are technically validated, effectively communicated, and successfully adopted by internal teams and markets.
**Strategic Implementation & Launch Readiness**
• Strategy Execution: Support the end-to-end implementation of Go-To-Market plans for new feature rollouts and market expansions.
• Launch Coordination: Own the launch readiness checklist, ensuring all product-related activities are synchronised and the business is 100% prepared for go-live.
• Market Expansion: Assist in tailoring GTM strategies to meet the specific needs of new territories.
