Job Description

• Build and maintain volume forecasting models (primarily in Excel) to support short and long-term operational planning.
• Analyze historical and projected data to identify capacity gaps, risks, and potential operational choke points.
• Partner closely with Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to translate volume projections into actionable planning assumptions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor forecast vs. actual performance and highlight variances.
• Support end-to-end planning initiatives by coordinating inputs, tracking assumptions, and following through on action items (PMO-style support).
• Prepare structured analysis, reports, and planning decks for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
