We’re building a consumer social product for Gen Z and looking for someone to work directly with the founder on growth, product thinking, community building, and user engagement.
This role is for someone who loves understanding human behavior, social products, and how ideas spread through people and communities.
What you’ll do:
• Design growth and launch strategies
• Create user acquisition, activation, and retention plans
• Build viral, sharing, and engagement loops
• Design campus and community growth programs
• Develop ambassador and referral strategies
• Shape content and distribution strategy
• Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities
• Contribute to product, growth, and monetization decisions
