Group Human Resources Director

We are looking for a senior and commercially anchored Group Human Resources Director to lead, govern, and integrate the Group's people strategy across company's Venezuela operations. This is a high-impact executive role, serving as the primary custodian of HR governance, workforce risk, leadership continuity, and people investment discipline — while enabling effective local execution within Venezuela's distinct regulatory, labour, and socio-economic context.

You will act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and serve as the primary HR governance interface between Bridge Holding Venezuela and Group HR leadership.
