Job Summary

The Group Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing consolidated financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries and regions. This role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will lead and manage finance teams across different geographies, drive operational excellence, and provide critical financial insights to support business growth and decision‑making.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the Group.
