Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Group Exercise Coach to deliver engaging and results-driven fitness classes in a ladies-only commercial gym. The role focuses on class delivery, member engagement, and creating an excellent training experience that drives attendance and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 3–4 group exercise classes per day across a variety of formats including:
- Functional Training
- HIIT
- Bootcamp
- Core & Strength
- Zumba / Dance Fitness
- Ensure high class quality, energy, and safety standards at all times
- Motivate and engage members to drive class participation and occupancy
