Key Purpose of Job

The Group Controller is responsible for Group consolidation and financial reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and US GAAP–compliant results across all subsidiaries. The role drives consistency in financial reporting, strong SOX compliant internal controls, and adherence to governance frameworks, with a focus on executive reporting.

Key Tasks

Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes across the Group
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP
• Manage full Group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packs, including variance analysis and insights
