About the Opportunity

This hands‑on role involves a broad range of gardening and grounds maintenance tasks, including:

• Landscaping and garden care
• Planting, pruning and irrigation support
• Grounds maintenance across multiple ECH sites
• Basic technical tasks such as paving installation and irrigation repairs

About You

• Are currently studying or recently completed a Horticulture, Landscaping or Irrigation qualification,
• Are considering a career change and bring transferable skills—such as practical outdoor work experience, customer service, teamwork, or problem solving
