About the Role

Job Overview We are seeking a professional Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener to join a mobile team of two operatives, providing ground maintenance services across the Durham area. 
Key Details Location:  Durham 
Rate:  £12.75 – £13.75 per hour 
Contract:  Fixed Term (or Permanent) 
Start Date:  ASAP 
Hours:  45 hours per week (Monday–Friday), with regular additional summer hours and travel time paid. 
Responsibilities Provide high‑quality maintenance including grass cutting, hedge and shrub trimming, pruning and weed removal/treatment.
