Grinder Operator

**Job Description**

This role focuses on operating a hand grinder, parts shotblaster, packaging equipment, and supporting machine operators in a manufacturing environment. You will process steel parts to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The position is on the second shift, 3pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday with regular opportunities for overtime that may increase weekly hours to approximately 50–55.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate a hand grinder and other power tools to grind, finish, and prepare steel parts.
+ Perform piece processing activities such as grinding, blasting, marking, finishing, machining, beveling, and forming according to work instructions.
+ Use a parts shotblaster and other secondary equipment to achieve required surface finishes and specifications.
