Job Scope
Support the Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) programme with the following responsibilities: Illustration Create original illustrations and visual concepts
Interactive Resource Development Design and develop motion graphics, 2D animations, and videos
Create storyboards for interactive resources
Manage projects related to interactive resource development
Resource Design Conceptualise and produce resources such as infographics, PowerPoint slides, and curriculum materials
Apply design principles, typography, and colour theory in resource creation
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
The contractor's personnel should possess: Diploma or equivalent in Media/Graphic Design or related field
Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe AfterEffects, InDesign, Canva
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or equivalent role
Proactive, able to multitask, and work independently
