About the Role
- Lead the graphic design process from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with our brand identity.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for a variety of mediums including illustrations, branding, UI/UX, video editing, and animations.
- Oversee and guide the work of junior designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Manage external design resources when necessary.
