About the Role
- Work closely with middle management and upper management on executing and delivering design projects from start to finish, promptly.
- Manage priorities and expectations.
- Design and deliver multiple projects at a time.
- Attend meetings with Middle and Upper Management to discuss business objectives and requirements when needed.
- Execute work while adhering to brand design guidelines.
- Communicate if a project is at risk and when more information or time is required to complete the task/project in a timely fashion.
- Accept constructive criticism and/or critical feedback.
- Ensure that all work files such as source files, final files, images, attachments, and others related to projects are properly filed, managed, and archived following the latest documented procedures.
