Bentley Education supports students, educators, and institutions worldwide by providing free access to Bentley’s infrastructure engineering software, learning resources, and certifications. The Education Support team helps users successfully access and use these tools through the Bentley Education Hub.
**Role Summary**
The Graduate Trainee – Education Support will assist with day‑to‑day education support activities, helping students and educators with account setup, software access, eligibility, downloads, and basic technical queries.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with good communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in learning about software support and education platforms.
