About the Role
**Job Description:**
**Goal of position**
In this role you will be a crucial link between customers, sales teams, and engineering to ensure the creation of successful specifications, proposal documents and delivery of technical equipment orders. You will need to take a technical and commercial view to the total viability of an order/enquiry by balancing commercial ambition against our engineering capability and effort.
Responsibilities:
**Assess customer applications to understand appropriate product specifications.**
**Review incoming orders for correct technical and commercial alignment. Prepare accurate proposals, including technical configurations and cost calculations.**
**Enter order details into ERP/IT systems and prepare formal order acknowledgments.**
**Resolve technical, application-related or delivery concerns**
**Engage with customers to secure drawing approvals for complex orders.**
