GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff - Level 5

**Description:**
You will be the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff for the GOCO Contracts team which is responsible for managing the AFP‑4 Government‑Owned‑Contractor‑Operated (GOCO) program and ensuring lease‑obligation compliance.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the GOCO Contracts Management, Sr Staff you will be responsible for leading the GOCO team, coordinating with Air Force and internal partners, and delivering cost‑controlled contract outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead the AFP‑4 GOCO team to execute the rent‑credit program, reducing site‑infrastructure risk and meeting rent‑liability commitments.
+ Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, contracts, security, procurement, legal, protocol, and facilities groups.
+ Review project proposals, purchase requests, and change orders to ensure they meet cost, scope, and schedule requirements.
