This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, operational efficiency, and commercial growth of our Quick Commerce offerings, including Dmart and local shop marketplaces. Based in Istanbul, this leader will drive market leadership and profitability, manage significant P&L responsibilities, and cultivate a high-performing organization dedicated to maximizing customer experience and market share in the rapidly evolving Turkish Q-Commerce landscape.
