Global L&D Strategy & Capability Architect

In this role, you will further develop our lifelong learning strategy, align learning initiatives with business priorities, and translate strategic ideas into practical solutions that create measurable impact. Working closely with the global Learning Community and key stakeholders worldwide, you will ensure that capability development, skills management, and learning excellence support both employee growth and business performance. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You will bring structure, focus, and fresh thinking to an evolving learning landscape, while influencing stakeholders in a complex matrix environment without relying on formal authority.
