Your Mission
As a Global Category Manager, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for strategic and tactical sourcing within key categories, primarily steel castings, forgings, and related hydraulics components. You will shape global category strategies that support business objectives, ensure supply continuity, and drive long‑term value creation. You will manage and develop a global supplier base, lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, while continuously improving performance across cost, quality, delivery, risk and sustainability.
