Global BSS Transformation Director

Netcracker is looking for an experienced Program Director in Dubai to lead large-scale BSS transformation programs for telecom clients. The successful candidate will have 15 years of telecom/IT experience, with at least 5 years in a program director role. Responsibilities include driving complex initiatives for system modernization and digital transformation, managing multi-vendor teams, and establishing program governance. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or a related field is required.
