We are looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded Global Bid Lead to join our RPO and Total Talent business at an exciting point of transformation. With a strong digital first agenda and an expanding global client portfolio, this is a high visibility role at the heart of our growth engine - shaping how we win and setting the standard for how we present, ensuring we lead with a point of view and not a pitch deck.
What you will actually do
- Own the end to end bid process for global RPO, MSP and Total Talent Solutions, from RFI to final presentation and contract award
- Lead the development of compelling, commercially sound proposals that differentiate our digital enabled solution suite
- Partner with Sales, Solution Design, Operations and Tech teams to craft tailored responses that speak directly to client pain points
