This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financials, supporting management with reporting and analysis, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, and experienced in small-business accounting operations using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepare monthly journal entries for assigned funds and intercompany accounts.
+ Review incoming cash receipts and accounts payable batches for accurate general ledger coding and compliance with company policies.
+ Manage the month-end and year-end closing process; generate and distribute monthly financial statements and related reports.
