Manage requests arriving via the FLS engagement portal and allocate opportunities to Presales colleagues
Ensure all requests are registered, assigned, and routed to the appropriate Presales colleagues. Maintain and update the workflow system, chasing requestors and colleagues for updates, and progressing requests through the system
Maintain tracking of all quotes and their status to produce monthly management reports and real-time business intelligence
Work closely with Sales, Service Managers, and Designers to ensure request information meets required standards and communicate any issues back to the requestor or customer
If required, explanation and presentation of the services offered to internal customers
