About the Role
A Japanese company is currently looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Admin Assistant in their Amstelveen office. For business expansion purposes, they will open a new office in Houten from Autumn 2022. Someone who can travel to both Houten and Amstelveen will be welcomed!
An understanding of Japanese culture and some logistics experience will be advantageous.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time (first 7 months will be contract, thereafter permanent)
WORKING HOURS: 8:45-17:15 Monday to Friday, (30min. lunch break, 40hrs a week)
SALARY: START: ASAP
LOCATION: Amstelveen & Houten - The Netherlands (Someone who can travel to both Houten and Amstelveen will be welcomed!)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Order Entry
• Product Processing Arrangements
• Inventory Control
• Shipping Arrangement to Customers and Sales Assistant duties such as • Creating Sales Materials such as Quotations
