About the Role
A leading international airline project is seeking German-speaking Contact Centre Agents to handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Located in Malta, candidates will assist with bookings and deliver support via phone, email, and chat. Candidates must be fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), possess communication skills, and ideally have prior customer service experience.
