About the Role
- Plan and optimize radio networks to improve coverage and capacity performance across urban and rural areas.
- Conduct site planning activities , including nominal planning, site selection, and survey validation.
- Analyze coverage gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Coordinate with field teams for drive testing, data collection, and validation activities .
- Develop and maintain coverage prediction models , clutter analysis, and capacity planning reports.
- Support 5G rollout initiatives , including documentation, KPI tracking, and cluster optimization.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to regional and senior stakeholders.
