General Sales Manager

Description

1. Undertakes sales planning based on a thorough study of company business environment:
   • Gathers and analyzes environmental data;
   • Prepares sales forecasts using various techniques;
   • Formulates creative and innovative sales strategies; and
   • Prepares challenging but doable Sales Plan for various products
2. Ensures the proper and timely implementation of the Sales Plans by all concerned and the attainment of the division’s sales targets.
3. Oversees the efficient management of the following work processes to facilitate the attainment of sales targets
4. Works closely with the Marketing Unit for the sales marketing requirements and coordinates with other units for the division’s needs.
5. Facilitates the development of a cohesive and high performing Sales Team
