Job Title: General Practitioner

Location: Rainham Health Centre

Salary: Up to £112,500 depending on experience

Hours: 4 to 8 sessions per week

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care to patients registered and attending the GP surgery and work closely with clinical leads and the local practice team to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan.
• Maintain quality within the practice, participate in clinical governance activities and contribute to improving health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework, achieving CQC standards.
• Provide clinical care as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model, including consultation sessions (both in person and by video), telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication rev...
