Responsibilities
- Propose targets, develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) aligned with business priorities, brand, and customer needs; work closely with product, KOLs, and community teams to execute campaigns and deliver results.
- Manage the execution of IMC mix including content marketing (social media, copywriting, art direction, video production, and influencer activities); optimize and repurpose marketing content across social media channels.
- Drive product and campaign awareness and engagement, manage brand media channels and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Use analytics to measure campaign success, improve brand awareness, and apply learnings to future launches.
- Manage and oversee a marketing team across different verticals (KOLs, Community, Branding, Social Media, etc.).
