About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Lead evaluation and execution of solar/BESS/industrial distributed-energy projects Originate and execute project financing and fund raising: lender DD, term sheets, models, covenants, security package, CP lists and closing. Prepare investment papers / IC memos, investor decks and transaction documents to capital-markets standard. Structure cross-border / JV contracts and coordinate with counterparties. Develop green/transition finance pathways (e.g., sustainability-linked loan/bond concepts) and MRV/verification approaches for carbon or energy-efficiency projects. Work with finance on SPV cash-flow waterfalls, model assumptions and transaction timetables. Lead company operations and compliance, including internal controls, procurement, vendor management, HSE, data protection, and basic ESG processes. Establish policies & SOPs for daily operation of the company. Own P&L and annual budgeting. Set KPIs and run monthly performance reviews. Requirements:
