- Oversee overall plant operations including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Warehouse.
- Lead business strategy, operational planning, and company growth initiatives.
- Drive productivity, quality improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with IATF/ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
