About the Role

We are looking for a General Manager for a growing company in the metal-mechanical industry. 
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations 
Strong strategic leadership and P&L ownership 
Experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost reduction 
Solid background in production planning, quality systems (ISO/IATF), and EHS compliance 
Proven track record managing KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency 
Knowledge of ERP systems (PLEX/SAP/Oracle/Workday is a plus) 
Advanced English (bilingual)
