Exciting $100 million residential land development project already underway. Iconic land development in the Swan foothills. Project for the next 3-5 years, stage 1 lots already available.
We are looking for a General Manager to oversee the smooth roll out of a residential land development and lot sales to the public.  The general manager will provide corporate structure and advice over the duration of the project, reporting back to the board of directors and managing internal and external relationships. The project is a multi stage land development with stage 1 currently underway with several 100 residential lots being developed and sold over a 3-5 year period. Key Duties include;

• Sales Contract Administration, Tracking
