Responsibilities
- Assist higher management in the overall execution and delivery of construction projects
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules and specifications
- Provide input on design improvements, cost‑saving measures and construction challenges
- Monitor project budgeting in coordination with estimators and prepare the general conditions budgets
- Set up site offices and manage equipment and resource requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams while leading construction activities
- Expedite drawings, approvals and regulatory requirements
- Monitor construction progress and update schedules every week
- Identify and communicate design discrepancies or issues to stakeholders
- Lead site meetings and resolve project‑related concerns with all related stakeholders
