What You Will Do

• Own and grow Percona's MariaDB database business. You'll drive innovation, amplify Percona's voice as a thought leader in the space, and scale adoption of our open-source software across community and enterprise users, all while building a profitable, high-impact business. This role reports directly to the CEO.
