This position reports to the Managing Partner. The following employees report directly to the General Manager: Loader Operator.

Requirements

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Preferred: MBA in a related discipline.

Licensing / Registration / Certification

• Required: Valid Texas Driver's License, Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Preferred: Forklift or heavy equipment certification; CDL license a plus.

Experience

• Required: Experience managing or working in a landscaping materials yard, construction yard, or similar supply environment.
• Experience working with external tax accountants and regulatory reporting.
• Preferred: Prior supervisory experience with inventory, logistics, or multi-yard operations.
